The Vision is Jesus
Rich shares with us about coming back to Jesus being the centre and foundation of our lives and how it comes from a place of recognising who He is and declaring His name.
Worship Suggestion:
Read Psalm 91 together, and share what verse or aspect of God stands out to you about the way He protects and comforts His children.
Group Questions:
1. Re-read Matthew 16:13-16 and share together what stood out to you from the talk on Sunday and through the passage.
2. Rich touched on the idea that there’s importance in the recognition we give Jesus in our lives, and in the calling that comes as a consequence of that recognition. What ways help you to remember to come back to the truth that Jesus is the Messiah, the Saviour and our sole true vision?
3. Read through 1 Peter 2:4-10. What does it mean to you/us to be living stones and be built into a spiritual household?
Prayer/Application:
Pray for eachother that we’d all come back to the simple fact that the Vision in our lives is Jesus, and that out of there we would live out fruitful lives in response.
Pray for your community to learn how to be spiritual households that build each other up and ultimately the Kingdom.
