Summer Hangout

This summer, St G’s is the place to be for a fun-packed week of activities, parent-free! Whether you want to hone your football skills, get creative or maybe even learn how to cook (or maybe all of those!), there is something for everyone, with loads of fun, games and great snacks guaranteed!

So here’s the lowdown……

WHO?

If you are going to be in primary school next year, then you’re invited!

WHAT?

We’ll be publishing a programme here soon (watch this space, or sign-up to receive it by email), but there will be a mixture of  craziness on the big stage (think messy games and loud music!) and your favourite activities, for example football coaching in the park or learning how to make a super tasty pudding (which of course you can take home!).

Snacks and a lunch will be provided.

WHEN AND WHERE?

St G’s Summer Hangout will take place from Monday 2nd August to Thursday 5th August, from 9.30am to 3pm, in Hope House, next to St George’s Church. You can find us on Durham Road, opposite the Shipley Art Gallery.

HOW CAN I JOIN IN?!

Hooray, we’d love to have you! Please register initial interest here. We will then send you a full registration form.

WHAT ELSE MIGHT I NEED TO KNOW…..?

Summer Hangout is run by St George’s, with support from Gateshead Council. All of our team have been safely recruited.

We also aim to provide an environment where every child can engage, whether or not they might have additional needs. Do please get in touch if you have any questions to help us get the right support for your child.
